What’s included with your monthly rent: 

  • Fully furnished, private office including a desk, chair, side chair(s) and garbage bin.
  • Optional furniture (depending on the office) like a small meeting table and chairs, file cabinet and bookcase. 
  • High speed internet.
  • Boardroom free on a first come, first served basis.
  • Shared use of a smaller meeting room.
  • Some reception duties including mail and courier delivery, postage and greeting visitors.
  • Full kitchen with free coffee, tea and distilled water. 
  • Initial set-up meeting with on-site IT technician..
  • One parking space per office with visitor parking available.
  • Janitorial and maintenance services.
  • Utilities.

A refundable damage deposit, equal to one month’s rent, will be collected upon move in.

Additional services are available:

  • Upgraded internet to support VoIP: $20/month.
  • Boardroom advanced booking: $10/hour. 
  • Photocopies: $0.05/black & white, $0.50/colour copy.
  • Faxes: free to send, $1.10/page received if printed.
  • Phone: for a business line, please contact and pay Telus directly.
  • Computer support/IT services: per hour charge. 
  • After-hours security card deposit: $50/card.
